Dynamics Solutions Analyst

Role Overview

Sparta Services is a fast-growing IT consulting and solutions organization headquartered in Kirkland, WA, serving a global client base. As we continue to scale our Microsoft ecosystem capabilities, we are seeking a Dynamics Solutions Analyst to configure, extend, and deliver Dynamics 365 business applications.

This role is suited for a mid-level professional with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 (Sales and Customer Service) and the Power Platform, capable of independently delivering Dynamics 365 configuration and extension while contributing to enterprise standards and best practices. The successful candidate will play a key role in accelerating digital transformation and enabling business teams.

•  Strengthens governance and scalability of Dynamics 365 solutions.

•  Supports long-term capability building within the Power Studio function.

Key Responsibilities

Working independently on well-scoped deliverables, you will:

Configuration & Extension

•  Configure and extend all parts of Dynamics 365, across CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Customer Insights) and Finance & Operations.

•  Build model-driven apps and customize forms, views, and business rules.

•  Extend with plug-ins and custom workflows where configuration is not enough.

Automation & Integration

•  Automate sales and service processes with Power Automate.

•  Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365 and external systems.

•  Design reusable components and connectors.

Data, Governance & ALM

•  Maintain data quality and reporting across CRM.

•  Follow environment strategy, security, and naming conventions.

•  Support ALM: solution packaging, pipelines, and version control.

Operations, Support & Collaboration

•  Support and maintain existing Dynamics 365 solutions.

•  Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements.

•  Participate in agile ceremonies, reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

•  3–5 years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365, or related roles.

•  Strong hands-on experience configuring and extending Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service).

•  Experience with model-driven apps and Dataverse.

•  Understanding of plug-ins, custom workflows, and integrations.

•  A solid grasp of CRM data, process, and reporting.

•  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

•  Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

•  Experience with Power Pages and customer-facing portals.

•  Familiarity with Sales / Service Copilot and AI Builder.

•  Integration experience (Azure, external CRM / ERP).

•  Experience with CI/CD and DevOps for Dynamics.

•  Microsoft certifications (MB-series, PL-600, or equivalent).
